TERMS & CONDITIONS
FRIZ Sportcoach
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of private ski instruction and personal training services offered by FRIZ Sportcoach, operated by Mattia Frigerio as an independent professional in Switzerland.
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, provided they have been made available before the booking agreement is concluded.
2. Services
FRIZ Sportcoach provides private ski instruction and personal training services tailored to individual needs, abilities and goals.
The nature, duration, location and price of each service are agreed individually before booking confirmation.
FRIZ Sportcoach reserves the right to adapt activities when reasonably necessary for safety, weather conditions or other circumstances affecting the appropriate delivery of the service.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking enquiries may be submitted through the website contact form, email or WhatsApp.
An enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.
All bookings require full payment in advance. A booking is confirmed only once the full agreed payment has been received and confirmation has been communicated by FRIZ Sportcoach.
All prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise specified.
Ski passes, equipment rental, transport and other additional expenses are not included unless expressly agreed.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 36 hours before the scheduled start of the booking and receive a full refund of the service fee paid.
For bookings covering multiple consecutive days, the 36-hour cancellation deadline applies to the scheduled start of the first day of the entire booking, not to each individual day or session.
Cancellations received less than 36 hours before the booking starts, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. This applies to the entire booking, including all consecutive days, even if some sessions have not yet taken place.
Cancellation requests must be communicated by email or WhatsApp. The time the cancellation message is received determines whether the cancellation deadline has been met.
Changes of dates or times are subject to availability and must be agreed with FRIZ Sportcoach.
This policy applies subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
5. Weather and Mountain Conditions
Skiing is an outdoor activity influenced by weather, snow conditions, lift operations and mountain safety considerations.
Poor weather or unfavourable snow conditions do not automatically entitle the client to a refund where the agreed service can reasonably and safely be provided.
FRIZ Sportcoach may modify the meeting location, itinerary or planned activities when reasonably necessary for safety.
Where the agreed service cannot be provided by FRIZ Sportcoach, an appropriate alternative or refund will be offered, taking into account any services already delivered and applicable legal requirements.
6. Health and Safety
Clients are expected to participate responsibly, respect their physical abilities and follow reasonable safety instructions.
Clients should communicate any relevant limitations that may affect their ability to participate safely.
FRIZ Sportcoach reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue an activity where continuing would present an unreasonable safety risk.
For personal training services, any health-related information collected during an in-person consultation will be handled separately in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
7. Insurance and Liability
Skiing, mountain activities and physical training involve inherent risks, including accidents and injuries.
Clients are strongly advised to maintain appropriate accident, medical and, where relevant, mountain rescue insurance.
FRIZ Sportcoach maintains professional insurance appropriate to the services provided.
FRIZ Sportcoach is responsible for its acts and omissions to the extent required by applicable Swiss law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Minors
Bookings involving minors must be made or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing relevant information necessary for the safe organisation of the activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to mandatory legal protections that may apply.
Any disputes should initially be addressed through direct communication with FRIZ Sportcoach.
Jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.
